On November 4, 2023, I hosted the first event in a wellness series for entrepreneurs. This wellness series is designed to help busy entrepreneurs take a break to focus on their health and wellness while learning about a wellness focused topic. These are purpose designed to be less formal and highly accessible. Most events I host respectfully request that all attendees attend for the entire duration. In this Entrepreneur’s Wellness series, I did not want time commitment to be a hindrance to enjoying the parts that people could access. If someone wanted to come just to hear the speaker, that was fine. If they wanted to come just for the workout, that was fine. If they wanted to come for the entire time and linger afterwards to deepen connections, that was also amazing. My main ask : Show-up because when you make yourself accountable to improving your own health, good things happen. Health and wellness does not need to complicated. Move | Nourish | Learn | Connect on a regular basis and you’re most of the way there.
