Dec. 2023 – EO Wellness Series

On December 16, 2023, I hosted the second event in a wellness series for entrepreneurs.    This wellness series is designed to help busy entrepreneurs take a break to focus on their health and wellness while learning about a wellness focused topic.   These are purpose designed to be less formal and highly accessible.  Most events I host respectfully request that all attendees attend for the entire duration. In this Entrepreneur’s Wellness series, I did not want time commitment to be a hindrance to enjoying the parts that people could access. If someone wanted to come just to hear the speaker, that was fine. If they wanted to come just for the workout, that was fine. If they wanted to come for the entire time and linger afterwards to deepen connections, that was also amazing.  My main ask :  Show-up because when you make yourself accountable to improving your own health, good things happen. Health and wellness does not need to complicated. Move | Nourish | Learn | Connect on a regular basis and you’re most of the way there.

We started the event with all levels movement done in nature by the pool.   Afterwards, we enjoyed some nourishing food from local healthy food provider, Dish Society.  Then everyone gathered indoors to listen to our speaker, Greg Scheinman.

Greg is an entrepreneur, performance coach, keynote speaker, thought leader and bestselling author who has interviewed more than two hundred of the world’s top performers— from top CEOs and entrepreneurs to Grammy-winners and Olympic gold medalists.

Being healthy and fit makes all the difference in maximizing midlife, but its also a time when its harder than ever.  What worked in your 20s and likely your 30s doesn’t cover all the bases anymore + time is more precious than ever.  Or maybe fitness and health is something you’ve never prioritized, and now you’re feeling the effects at a time when it’s harder than ever to get momentum.

Greg shared :

  1. The top 5 Health + Fitness Lessons Learned from Coaching High Achiever Aged 35 – 55
  2. What a meaningful & realistic health and fitness plan looks like for high achievers balancing work, family, and self
  3. How you can build your own (just in time for kicking off 2024!)
  4. A template you can use for building your own MAP (Midlife Action Plan) after the event.
